Shipping & Return


Please read "sending items back to us" for instructions.

All product items (excluding Final Sale items, sale items and courses) can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all shipping costs are not refundable and a 15% restocking fee will apply. The balance will be refunded to your credit card or PayPal account within 5 business days of receipt of the item. It may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

All items, except for Final Sale Items, are eligible for exchange for another item or store credit within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for all return shipping costs (shipping item(s) back to us and us re-shipping item(s) back to you). We will contact you with the shipping total before we charge your credit card. All applicants registered for a course date that is unable to attend may request for a another future course date advertised. We require minimum 7 days notice prior to the actual course date to change to a future course date or else we cannot honor your exchange.

Shipping / Wrong Address / Undeliverable Items / Items Returned To Us

We require 1-3 days for processing orders in additional to shipping time. All orders will be shipped by one of the following couriers. UPS, Purolator, Dicom or Canpar. If you have a Postal Post, please let us know as we will need to ship by Canada Post. If you require a specific courier, let us know at the time of placing your order. All items shipped will be defaulted to a "No Signature Required" unless you specific with us that you required a signature. When your order leaves our facility, we will provide tracking information. The Stone Massage Company assumes no liability for stolen packages left on the premises. If the package is undelivered and returned to us, an additional shipping fee will apply to re-send unless we are at fault.

Duties and Taxes on International Shipping

If you are ordering our products from out of Country (We are located in Canada), likely you will have to pay taxes or import fees. When shipping to the US, we can ship with UPS for up to $800 on product, tax and duty free. For all other international countries, we advise you to inquire ahead of time with your preferred shipping company as unfortunately, these additional fees will be paid by the customer. 

Sending Items Back To Us

Before you send back any merchandise, you must contact us via email or phone. We ask that you return the merchandise in the same condition, and unused. Please pack and seal your return securely, in the original package. We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned to us. We suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance.

Returns from the United States must be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Returns from the United States shipped through any other shipping carrier will be refused. All the returned items should be declared as a "return of Canadian merchandise" on the customs declaration form. Returned items that don't meet these requirements will be refused and the package will be returned to sender.
